The In-game menu is what you see during a game of Shell Shockers, either when first joining or after getting killed. This menu is of composed of many parts. Those parts include Home, Play, Inventory, Spectate, and weapon selection.
Menu Features[]
Home Button[]
One part of the in-game menu is the Home button. This item is in the upper left-hand corner. If you press on this button, it will take you to the main menu. There will be a pop-up that confirms that you want to go to the main menu.
Inventory[]
Pressing on this button will bring you to your Inventory, the place where all your Hats, Stamps, and Weapon Skins are stored. As this brings you to your inventory, you can also go to the Shop, as they are usually right "next" to each other. Thus things can be bought with Golden Eggs in between matches.
Spectate[]
This part of the in-game menu is the least known about because it is not accessible from the main menu. Spectate mode lets you fly across the map watching the other players in the server play. You fly with the standard WASD movements. You can also go up and down with the keys E and C. You will not be seen by other players while spectating. You can exit the spectating mode by pressing either Alt or Escape. You can also go out of the boundaries of the map which is not possible if you are playing. The changelog says that spectate mode was added in Version 0.21.3, so it was not always there.
Weapon selection[]
Finally, there is a part of the in-game menu where you can change your class, equipping different weapons. There are 7 boxes, each contains a picture of the gun. The box in orange is the gun that you are currently equipped with. For example, the In-Game Menu shown has the Whipper/P90/SMEGG Box orange. Thus, the player would be using the P90/Whipper/SMEGG gun.
Change Teams[]
In the modes of Teams, Captula the Spatula, and King of the Coop, there is another part to the In-game menu. This is changing teams. It is located to the left of the "Play" button. When you press on this button, assuming that the other team has fewer players than your team, you will automatically be transported to the other team. When the other team has more or equal number of players than your team, a pop-up window will come. It says โLet's keep it fair. The other team has enough players! Try again later!โ
