Shell Shockers Mobile is the version of Shell Shockers created by Blue Wizard Digital for use on smartphones and other mobile devices such as IPads, IPods and Tablets. It was first released officially into the Apple App Store on June 1st 2021 for iOS users, and then released to Android users through the Google Play Store on September 29th 2021. It features a similar interface to the browser desktop version of the game, however it has been optimized for mobile usage. It allows cross-platform play, and so players playing from mobile devices will be connected to the same servers as those playing from the browser desktop version. Shell Shockers Mobile was discontinued after 2 years on January 15th 2024.

Players are able to join public games in any regional server, and both create and join private games. Players can log into their account and have their in-game items and currency synced to their mobile. Players can purchase Golden Eggs and Premium Items through the Egg Shack in the mobile app. It is not currently possible to purchase VIP on mobile, however, accounts with VIP will still have premium perks available from the mobile app.
Players can also purchase skins with Golden Eggs through the Shop in the mobile app, as well as redeem any item code by opening the menu in the top-left corner. Players can also change their skin items and egg color through the inventory. Selecting an item will cause the left panel to move away to allow more space for the egg preview.

The in-game pause menu interface is similar to that of the desktop browser version. Players can change their weapon and open up the inventory. It is also possible to configure the controls positioning. Shell Shockers Mobile does not currently have support for the in-game chat or spectating function (as of v0.42.3).
The default control layout of Shell Shockers Mobile can be seen on the right. The move, switch weapons, scope, and grenade controls are accessible on the left side of the screen, while the jump and reload controls are positioned on the right. FPS and Ping information is displayed in the bottom-right of the screen, and grenade and ammunition information is displayed in the top-right. The ping on a phone may spike a lot as you are playing on a phone and not on a proper laptop.
Shell Shockers Mobile has an auto-shoot function, meaning that the game will automatically shoot forward if the player is looking at an enemy. This can make using guns like the Crackshot, Free Ranger and RPEGG harder to use. Players currently cannot shoot manually without looking at an enemy.
Also, if the player logs into their account on Shell Shockers Mobile, they will unlock an exclusive phone grenade. The grenade will automatically be added to their inventory. It makes a special sound when it explodes. It is the only grenade you don't have to buy with real money that makes a different sound. When playing on mobile you won't be able to access the in game chat as there isn't enough space for it to fit on a mobile screen.
Beginning on January 15th 2024, Shell Shockers Mobile has been discontinued by Blue Wizard Digital. BWD announced this update on December 11, 2023 in their Discord server. The last update on the mobile version of Shell Shockers was the update that aired on December 15th, 2023, and never received an update after that. Those who already downloaded the app are able to access the Shop and purchase old items, but are not able to enter a lobby. Mobile was also removed from the App/Google Play store and is no longer able to download which means you cannot get the phone grenade by downloading app and logging in.
